Delivery Information


We can only deliver to a UK address (England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland), all orders will be delivered via a parcel courier.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer. In such cases, refunds will not be issued. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

 The standard delivery time is 3-7 working days, but this can take a little longer for Northern Ireland with customs (please allow an extra week).

There is no delivery charge for UK addressed orders with a total goods purchase value of over £150. Orders with a goods value of less than £150 will be charged a flat fee of £5.99

The tracking details are provided on your order which can be accessed from your online account.

Returns Information

We offer 30 day returns for all orders. Please email Customer Service (customerservice@yvesdelorme.co.uk) to let us know the item/s that you want to return. We do not offer free returns on our Outlet site.

To pay by bank transfer, you will have to select the option in the payment methods options on the payment page. Once you selected it, your order will be placed on a holding status. The details of our bankers will then appear. With this information you will be able to make the bank transfer at your local bank or online. Once we have received confirmation of payment, your order will be processed for delivery in 3 - 7 working days.
